E-Learning

In response to the occupational and ongoing training needs of those persons who cannot attend face to face courses – due to such conditions as geographic distance or incompatible timetables- , the Fundación Metal Asturias uses a blended methology that combines the resource of the e-learning system and in class sessions to which a system of personalized tutorials is added.

As a personalized learning process, e-learning offers:

• Independence so that each person may organize themselves according to the availability of their timetable.
• Design their own work plan and adequate the learning rhythm.
• In class training is reduced to what is strictly necessary and essential.
• System of tutorials which allows follow ups, support and personalized control.

In addition, the e-learning system of the Fundación Metal Asturias has complimentary services which back up the learning process (figure of the dynamizer) at the disposal of its students. This favours a personalized follow up.
