:: PROJECTS  

Along the last (2007- 2006) biennium Fundación Metal Asturias developed and took part in 8 European Projects within the EQUAL Initiative and LEONARDO Programme framework, with partners in Germany, Norway, France, Italy, Portugal, Scotland, Ireland, Czech Republic, Lithuania and United Kingdom.

The experimental and innovatory side to these projects has as main objective to favour employment and managerial initiative of the unemployed populations, paying special attention to women, youth and collectives in risk of social exclusion.

  • Adapting to the training needs required by companies and requested by the work market.
  • Experimenting new tools and methodologies favouring professional qualification.
  • Assessing and validating both methodologies and contents.
  • Carrying out experience exchanges and cooperation among organizations and European bodies within the training and employment promotion scope.
  • Presenting proposals which may be incorporated and assumed within the scope of general policies.
