Description
EUFACINET is a project aimed to the promotion of work-integrated learning by means of a “facilitator”, who develops didactic material and training actions directed towards the qualification of this new vocational profile.
Objetives
  • Promoting the implication of all employees in “Lifelong learning” by means of a “facilitator”, as they new key profile focusing in the transformation of the organizations into “learning societies”.
  • Integrating the “self-learning” concept in the working environment of the small and medium companies in Bulgaria and Spain by means of the new issue of the “Facilitation Guide”.
  • Creating and promoting the “European Community of Facilitators Practice” through the Electronic Resource Platform EUFACINET.

Description

"Training in Quality: Vet and Enterprises” – “Quality Management System for Continuous Vocational Training in Training Centres and Companies”, will allow for the design and production of a Quality Management System liable to be applied to Continuous Vocational Training with the tools needed to perform its follow-up and validation.

Resulting Products
  • Contrast and analysis study of the implementation and control mechanisms for Continuous Vocational Training in Spain, Germany, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Slovenia and Slovakian Republic.
  • Training design of the courses: “Awareness-raising in Quality” and “Quality Management” the first aimed towards the personnel in training centres and the second towards those responsible for quality.
  • Quality Management System Manual.
  • Quality Indicators Database.
  • Protocol to Certify suppliers in Continuous Vocational Training.
  • Methodology Document to transfer the Quality Management System to regional, local and European policies, business and Trade Union organizations and other agents implied.
